(Message 249789) Posted 18 Feb 2006 by Dobromir Hadzhigeorgiev (Dobreff) Post: Thank you to everyone who post comments about that. In fact this really works. I tested it 2 hours ago. I moved the whole BOINC folder to another PC, then I installed again the distribution over that folder, and then I ran the BOINC without any loss of data or units. After one of the units completed it was uploaded successfully.

I mean will this be a problem for the boinc server because the stats there "remember" which WU to which PC is ? Thank you in advance
