It wouldn't be a problem if the user is has "only use GPU while idle" selected and if BOINC's idle detection always worked on linux. OK, understood. Just joined seti beta(only for GPU units)and I hope to assist. So far seems ok, with no unreasonable lag, or at least not worse than the one ver7 had anyway. I hope soon to see it here also
