Post: Since it appears that we're going to run out of WU's sometime soon, I added the World Community Project. I have a duo processor and one processor is running World and the other is running SETI. Is there a way I can regulate that or is that just the way it is. Many thanks in advance. I did look at preferences in SETI but didn't see anything that seemed to make sense. Thanks again. Here's the link to the WCG project page, Jeff World Community Grid. Basically, it has several projects running that are health oriented (cancer, aids) |

Post: Check out the current RAC for SETI.USA. It's now over 956,000. We need a few members to be the first team with over a million RAC. We knew we could do great thinks, lets keep it going. Hi there Carlos! SETI.USA was the first team to have over 1 Million RAC. We accomplished that back in February 2007. Then we took a little detour and fooled around in Spinhenge for a little while which caused the Seti RAC to take a dive.Now, we're back on track to get back over 1 million and keep it that way :) Don't forget to join the rest of the teammates over at our own message board SETI.USA That's where you'll find us--having a great time together.C'mon over! Post: Very funny: Seti.USA uses pools of PCs from american universities to help german universities doing their work. Nice. :) Why is this funny? This link shows that many universities crunch.Some choose to join teams, some do not. Post: WOOHOO--we just made history of another kind. SETI.USA just passed ONE MILLION RAC--the FIRST team to accomplish this!! We had been poised to achieve this honor before the release of Seti Enhanced, so we've had to re-cover a lot of territory to get here! Have a look here. Now, on to our next history making task--take the Number One spot from Seti.Germany---care to join us for this milestone? GO SETI.USA GO!!!
