FFTW with SETI@home?
(Message 27007)
Posted 16 Sep 2004 by TABwebmaster Post: I'm just curious, has anyone here replaced the old FFT with FFTW in SETI@home? I know that Eric did it for Astropulse. I'm running SuSe 9 on an Atlon XP 2000+ overclocked. I'm getting great times as it is but if anyone has changed the code to use FFTW I would really like to see what the changes were and an explanation of the process. Thanks, Mark |
