I'm just going to enjoy the rest of the day taking it easy now that everything today has been taken care of and I just might take an extended LLB up at the pub before a cooker of a weekend arrives. No pets here either. No time to properly care for one. Management at my flat where I live would want pet deposits and a monthly “pet” rent.

Yep, we're under surreal multiple layers of wispy overcast casting a strange ashen grey diffuse light. All is still and calm and cold. Even though the average temperature is nicely warmer than in previous days, this still feels as though we have a frosty start... Chilly stuff. And yet... The longer hours of daylight, and the enthusiastic chatter from newly arriving birds, all suggests this is Springtime! Yay!! (At least it is still cold enough to keep the flies from flying!)
