Last modified: 3 Aug 2023, 18:08:32 UTC Meanwhile on another front Polish Defence Ministry confirms that Belarusian helicopters violated state border I don't know if the military radar stations in Poland have already been modernized to NATO standards, integrated into NATO's regional Combined Air Operations Centre (Uedem, Germany). It's difficult to tell from photos taken from the ground if the Polish border has been crossed. These helicopters were MI-8 transport helicopters and a MI-24 attack helicopter. If such incidents happen repeatedly it may be instructive to switch on the detection radar of an anti-aircraft battery. It doesn't have to be the Turkish solution to airspace violations. Sons of politicians, professors, factory directors died. Putin studied this history lesson very carefully. That's why, unfortunately, one has to assess: The Russians really don't care how many of their soldiers die in Ukraine. He was believed to be on board the plane. Earlier, a Wagner-linked Telegram channel Grey Zone reported that the jet was shot down by air defences in Tver region, north of Moscow. Prigozhin led a failed mutiny against the Russian armed forces in June. This breaking news story is being updated and more details will be published shortly.
