I've often wondered why it just wasn't changed in all instances from "Press any key" to "Press a key" because then at least there is an actual "A" key to be pressed if it's taken literally...

FYI here is Aussieland we had the Olympic Tyre and Rubber Company which was taken over by Dunlop Australia Limited in 1980.

Sir Roger said he was accepting the knighthood "on behalf of all those unsung people who had worked to make the charity the success it had become".
