I completed this on 27 Dec; corresponding quorum was completed on 2 Jan. How do we get this kicked back into the system?

As reported in other threads, mainly about server disruptions and the effects, tasks like these are looked at, by the server, when they reach the deadline date and time. That should happen in a few days.
