I have a Pine64 Rock64 Sbc it runs linux 4.4.176, it has a high computational error turn over. I have had very little success. I have tried different flavors of 4.4.176, (dietpi, archlinux, debien stretch, ubuntu 18.04, Armbian debian and Armbian ubuntu 18.04), but they all produce the same errors: <core_client_version>7.9.3</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> process exited with code 193 (0xc1, -63)</message> <stderr_txt> setiathome_v8 8.00 Revision: 3616 g++ (Ubuntu/Linaro 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.4) 5.4.0 20160609 libboinc: BOINC 7.7.0 Work Unit Info: ............... So which computer is it? You have a lot of them and I can't tell. There is no "ROCK64" listing so I presume that is the external brand. Are you able to run a "stock" version of Linux? Or do you have to use one that is specific to that brand? Or specific to ARM's for that matter? Tom A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |

So which computer is it? Possibly the one that says "Linux 4.4.174-rockchip64" https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=8687647 |

So which computer is it? Well, I guess I was "reading too fast" again :( I wonder if a "Segmentation Error" might be caused by an over heated CPU? Tom A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |

So which computer is it? I have active cooling on the CPU and it does not go about 55C, sits around 49-52c. I found a new distribution of Linux that is based on Debian Buster. So, far with 100% load and 2 hours in, no errors, fingers crossed. also this is running 7.14 version of boinc (old was 7.6.33). lets see how it goes |
