I have problem in obtaining new work to proccess, all the time the same answer "download failed" or "download failed 0.00148CPUs + 1 Intel GPU ).

any suggestion...

have you some AV program ? , make some folder Boinc exception in some rules section ...

In the last two days, the Seti download servers have been having issues. It seems to be better this morning (Friday).

One trick that may help is try "retrying" the very last download in the transfer's tab.
