Who would do such a senseless thing:
Ambulance stolen from Dallas (TX) Fire Station 53 recovered in Louisiana

According to officials, paramedics at Dallas Fire Station #53 discovered the ambulance had been stolen shortly after being dispatched to a 9-1-1 call.

Pretty spectacular - I'm just glad I'm not standing near that lot just now.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN VIRTUAL TRAFFIC JAM

With all of those phones connected to Google Maps for driving directions, it is trivially easy to fool the multibillion-dollar adtech company's systems into believing that there is a severe traffic jam in the area. Even when there is no traffic jam in reality.

Just don't try to walk, with a cart full of phones, on the interstate highways :)

But driving slowly on the interstate in your F150 with 100 phones in a box might be interesting.

You have to wonder sometimes if some people actually think before doing something (if they can think at all). :-(

A man has died after being swept into dangerous surf while standing with his wife on rocks at Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach.

Just a glance at the conditions should've rang bells in their heads. :-O

Cheers.

Many people seen doing similar stupid things here in the UK over the last two w/ends during Storms Ciara and Denis, most of them trying to take selfies.

Darwin would be amused at some of today's peoples "brains"... More People Die Taking Selfies Than by Shark Attacks
"Selfiecides" account for more than five times the number of fatalities, and the numbers are only rising.

Apparently the highest occurrences are in India, followed by Russia, United States, and Pakistan.

But why do they who wrote the article compare shark attacks with selfies? Make no sense.

Both cause death. People are afraid of sharks but not of selfies. I think they wanted to make a point that you should fear (be more careful of) selfies more than sharks.
