Greetings! I am reinstalling Bionic and Seti@Home on a new computer. I was able to rejoin all my other projects, but for more than a week I have been getting an error every time I try to rejoin the SETI project. I pick it from the list, it says communicating with the project, then I get the temporarily unavailable message. My internet connection is fine and all other projects rejoined with no issue. Any ideas? Thanks a ton! |

How exactly are you "trying to rejoin" the project? The simplest is to open the BOINC manager, go to the "tools" tab, use the "add a project" option, scroll down the list and find SETI, finally use the "returning user" option enter your email address and SETI password. How exactly are you "trying to rejoin" the project? This is how I was trying for over a week. It just kept telling me the project was unavailable. Today, it magically worked! Thanks everyone, back to crunching numbers! |
