But I like my beer from 0ºC to 4ºC anyways the temp will let the fridge take a break.

My care giver was suppose to take me to an appointment and he was 45
minutes out yet and said couldn't get there on time.
I went through hell in a hand basket to get this one let alone re-schedule it.
5 weeks down the road is what I got.
Cheers everybody

Sorry to hear about your appointment, Grant, but as far as beer goes, I do like it cold like you, but I learned a lesson a long time ago not to put bottles in the freezer as I tend to forget they're up there until the next morning, and they've shattered when they froze overnight.

Tell you what Gordon. I have done it way more than once. put it in the freezer and you get your mind on something else, Murphy's Law all over again.

I know, and it's a crime to let good beer go to waste.

It does change the taste a bit nut I drink it anyway.

Have you had grapes frozen once on the vine Gordon?
I had some from back home, my sister sent it to me about 2 years ago.
I really didn't like it, it was way too sweet.

One time someone gave me a gallon of hone brew wine when was about 14 and I hide it in a snow bank.
it was so much better walking home from school, LOL

Never had home brew wine or grapes frozen on the vine. I used to drink a ton of grape juice when I was a kid, though.

G'morning everyone, from another frosty start in the highlands down under.

We kicked off Thorsday here at -1C (felt like -5C) as we try for a max of 18C, currently it's 4C (feels like 1C) as the sun slowly melts the frost away.

Yes, my homemade cough mixtures have worked well Grant, 1 being a sipping whisky and the other being Black Sambuca as they both do a very good job of coating the throat on their way down.

Seeing as there's still about 4hrs until Beer O'clock I better get myself another coffee.

Cheers.

G'day everyone, from a sunny, but chilly, day in the highlands down under.

After a trip into town and back this morning it's time for me to wander up the hill for a Good Friday Beer O'clock.

Cheers.

G'morning everyone, from a frosty Saturday in the highlands down under.

Well I do have some work to do outside today, but I'm not going out there until it warms up a bit more, and then if I remember rightly there's a BBQ going on somewhere around the village (it'll come back to me sooner or later).

Anyhow, seeing as there's still just over 4hrs until LLB I'll go and have another coffee while that sun works on that frost a bit more.

Cheers.

Filled up my growler with some Nitro Porter, but it's a little too warm for my taste, so it's going in the fridge for a little while.

G'morning everyone, from another cool and windy day in the highlands down under.

Now that the frost is gone and I've made up 4hrs worth of track rations, I'm just waiting for the temp to get up a few more degrees before heading off to help deconstruct an old shed and chicken coup before we settle into another BBQ.

Enjoy those beers.

Cheers.

Have fun at your BBQ. I just poured a glass of cold beer and am heading back in the living room to watch an episode of This Old House. Exciting night at home.
