Last modified: 8 Nov 2019, 3:09:37 UTC Something some women don't know and DO need to know, the ERA is not part of the Constitution, yet. Except for the Right to Privacy(14th) and the Right to Vote(19th), womens rights are mere laws that can be repealed by a simple majority in Congress. The ERA needs to be ratified by only 1 more state, Virginia which is now going to do just that and then the ERA will have been ratified in 38 states. HJR38(215 backers and at least 218 needed) and SJR6(3 backers and at least 51 needed) will repeal the time limit and both only need to pass in the respective chambers and a potus sig is not required according to the US Constitution. The time limit is not in the ERA, it's part of of a resolution. I knew that. I'm a woman. ðŸ˜¡ ~Sue~ ID: 2018130 ·
