Obviously what Finland has done has not worked well in a very important fiscal sense but what what has happened under Obama care and the previous health care system has not done well either.
The problem is that people do not want to pay taxes for the services they demand, witness the incredible growth in national debt. Methinks one should borrow when necessary such as the great recession and pay down the debt during prosperous times such as now.
