Hello, I'm running SETI@HOME through BOINC 7.6.22 on Linux (Fedora 25 x86_64). I have my preference set to use BOTH CPU and GPU but I'm only receiving GPU workunits. Anyone know how to get it to work with both GPU and CPU? Thank you. |

There have been some significant server problems which have resulted in a restriction in the rate of delivery of new work to us. This will mean that your "best" processor preferentially getting work. Hello Bob, How long has this been going on? I just got back to using BOINC maybe 2-months ago and noticed this happening. I thought it was maybe my settings. Any idea when things are going to get better? Thanks, Garrick |

By the way, this behavior is only seen if I have other projects attached. If I am running exclusively SETI@HOME then I will get workunits for both CPU and GPU. But if I have 4 projects and resources is shared 20% each project, then SETI@HOME will only get GPU workunits. |

What other projects? - some are very greedy and ignore the share properly Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Right now my attached projects look like this: Project Name / Resource share: ------------------------------------------ GPUGRID / 20% Citizen Science Grid / 20% SETI@HOME / 20% Rosetta@HOME / 20% World Community Grid / 20% My computer's resources: ---------------------------------------- GPU x1 - NVIDIA 1050 TI CPU - Intel Core i7 Extreme (6950x) with 20 hyper-threads 128GB RAM When BOINC is running all hyper-threads are crunching data with 80% CPU time. Thanks, Garrick |

Is there a way to manually adjust the priority of each project? |
