Hello, I mistakenly founded two accounts with the name of Ondřej Mahdal, ID 9909739 and 9683096. An old account I did not use was 101,000 credits and the other 896,000 used. After boinc manager reinstallation, I signed up and was connected to an unused account with 101k credits. Now I can not log in to the other account, it looks like I have the same email to two accounts because no email other than mahdalo@.............cz can login. Please help. Thank you Ondřej Mahdal |

The email address is the unique identifier. There can only be one in the database assigned to one account. Did you accidentally create a new account with a mistyped or different email address? If you can still get email from the email account, try signing out of your current SETI account, then try to sign in again by typing the email address you think is associated with the account and use the Forgot Password link and see if that helps you get into your original account. Otherwise if you cannot get email to the account you cannot log into, the only other way to access that account is if you still have the <authenticator> key (usually) located in C:\ProgramData\BOINC\account_setiathome.berkeley.edu. But if that file was overwritten or the original was destroyed, then there's no way to get back into the other account. |

Hello, thanks for your help, I've already signed up for my valid account. I would still like to ask if these two accounts should merge to add credit to me? I have access to both accounts. Thank you for the advice. |
