it's uses Hyd fluid the red thing on it nothing but a dust cap
it does uses fluid.
Me tease ? only at home. :)

remote control valve actuator? needs a valve hand control to make it work.
Not a torque wrench

I told you was hard to shop for. LOL
My kids I'll take one of those and one of those and so on. LOL

Bought some chicken wings at the store and gave one to my dog, she is outside right
now burning the hair off a dogs butts, I didn't know there so hot. LOL
