This thread is now devolving into a meaningless argument between individuals.

Some are starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel.

Both sides here to me seem to be baiting the other with the actual discussion on whether police are more likely to commit crime than anyone else taking second place.

I will say that the figures I see quoted here have of course no real foundation as it appears crime amongst police officers in the USA is not actually recorded anywhere.

My reading on the internet has revealed much more interesting information than I find here.

Please remember if someone chooses not to answer another poster that is up to them an others can draw there own conclusions, please don't continue to go on and on about the same non answer.

For my part as I child of the 50's and 60's growing up respecting the police, I now know they are no different from anyone else and of course they are just as likely to commit serious crimes they are human.

As one poster says often, humans are flawed, that includes us all.
