Oh dear. A man was mooning during Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev in front of 200 million TV viewers from 42 countries.
It was when Jamala from Crimea, last years winner, ended the show with a song as traditionally when the man approached Jamala on stage.

Human Rights Watch:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Kyiv) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on May 15, 2017, signed a decree banning public access to Russian social media platforms, news outlets, and a major search engine widely used in Ukraine, Human Rights Watch said today. Poroshenko should immediately reverse the ban, which affects such internet platforms as VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, RBC, and Yandex, and take steps to protect freedom of expression and information in Ukraine.

“This is yet another example of the ease with which President Poroshenko unjustifiably tries to control public discourse in Ukraine,” said Tanya Cooper, Ukraine researcher at Human Rights Watch. “Poroshenko may try to justify this latest step, but it is a cynical, politically expedient attack on the right to information affecting millions of Ukrainians, and their personal and professional lives.”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

https://www.hrw.org/news/2017/05/16/ukraine-revoke-ban-dozens-russian-web-companies

P.S. The decree imposes a ban on access to popular Russian social media networks, such as VK. As of April, 78 percent of all internet users in Ukraine, or around 20 million, had a VK account.
The decree also orders a block on public access to the Russian search engine Yandex and its various services, such as Yandex.Music, Yandex.Money, and dozens of others with .ua and .ru domains. As of March, 48 percent of internet users in Ukraine used Yandex daily.
Various software programs, such as the language processing software ABBYY and accounting software 1C, used by many Ukrainian companies, have also been banned. Other companies affected are the Russian internet security companies Kaspersky Lab and DrWeb.

Internet providers will be obliged to block access to VKontakte, Odnoklasniki, Yandex and other Russian services.
The new decision envisages sanctions against 468 legal entities, including VKontakte, etc, the Kaspersky Laboratory and Dr Web.
Economic sanctions are also to apply against major Russian TV channels.
There is a limit to how much Ukraine can ban if it hopes to remain a democracy.

Why Kaspersky Laboratory? Makes no sense.
And VKontakte? Many Ukrianians are using it as well.
Even Crimean Tatars:)

Hmm. I wonder if they will block IKEA as well.
Many Ukrianians buy furniture from IKEA outlets in Russia:)

Everyone knows the truth about Russia.

LOL.

The use of the false or unchecked arguments in a discussion quite often is followed by turns: "everyone knows", "obviously", "nobody will deny", etc.

Hi Igor...
Yes... Everyone knows. It is just the supporters of an Imperialist Greater Russia. Who will not, nor never, admit.

Russia wants to secure their VERY long border.
In their view for very good reasons.
As long she keep it that way it's OK.
And Vova Putin doesn't like EU and NATO.
That's all we know.

Unfortunately, as those Bordering Russia understand.

No. You are wrong about that.
I know MANY Finns.
My GF is a Finn and she has also a Russian grandmother.
Her father worked in Murmansk Russia during the Soviet era.

I had another GF who's parents was from Estonia.
Once we was at concert listen to a famous Russian singer at the time.

Oh I even played war games with a grandson to an Estonian former Prime Minister.

He always wanted to be Russian in "Up Front".
Ypa, ypa, ypa:)

btw I share the Estonian former Prime Minister's name Jaan/Jan with him. Hehe:)

As long Russia stays within their borders everything is OK.

What's the connection between 10,000 Russian soldiers & 10,000 Ukrainians?
10,000 Ukrainians have died since Russian army occupied the #Donbass.

Yulia Tymoshenko (Ukrainian ex-PM, leader of the "Fatherland" political party) about Ukrainian president Poroshenko - ""He is dirty, corrupt and authoritarian villain".
"Place for Poroshenko is in a prison, not led by a European country! I do not recall such corruption even with Yanukovych. The new regime is ruthless for Ukraine"

Around 1,3 million Ukrainians are now working in Poland. That’s the biggest migration wave of Europe these days.
https://www.neweurope.eu/article/ukrainians-migrating-poland-west/
I hope it's not brain drain...
But the IT sector has quickly developed into the third biggest foreign currency earner for Ukraine. And there is potential for further growth.

Wait a minute.
That will mean that even more Poles comes to Sweden looking for work...
Nah. I worry too much.

segodnya.ua - Ukrainians who work outside Ukraine, began to transfer more currency to Ukraine. This is indicated by the statistics of the National Bank. The largest flow of currency is still coming from Russia.
