Greetings all!

I am new to running SETI@home, though my brother growing up ran it on our parents computer.

I was curious to know more about the Data Info panel; I see that it says the data is from Dec. 31, 2010...

Is that the date the data my PC is crunching from, or is what I see on the graphics just a visual, not real-time, place holder just for show?

I tried googling the answer, but found nothing.
