Hmm. I wonder if my sister and nephew have done that... Only reason i have voted already is coz i have a postal vote and filled it in and sent it back last week after a couple of days of it droping through the letterbox . Any other vote i think you have to wait until the day of the referendum and vote in person Life is what you make of it :-) When i'm good i'm very good , but when i'm bad i'm shi#eloads better ;-) In't I " buttercups " p.m.s.l at authoritie !!;-) |

Hmm. I wonder if my sister and nephew have done that... The important thing is that you vote. It doesn't matter what you vote for. It's our only way to have some saying in politics. By not voting it is like accepting every outcome of an election. Anyway. Brexit is very bad to us Nordic countries. |

When Britain joined the Common Market in 1973, the EU (as it is now) produced 38% of the world’s goods and services – 38% of global GDP. In 1993, when the EU formally began, it produced just under 25%. Today the EU produces just 17% and is still declining. It is just not cost effective to tie our selves up to a declining EU the growth potential is just not there yet our costs to the EU continually keep rising. If your happy with marg' on your bread then vote to stay but if you want butter then vote to leave. We have to switch out from the declining EU and switch back in to the growing rest of the world. We can only do this by taking back control of all our legislation and policies decisions pertaining to business...surely the figures above prove that economically the EU is a lame duck and getting lamer by the year. |

Horrible sight seeing a lame duck waddle around. It's best served on a plate thoroughly roasted. Let's hope that the biggest oven in Europe cooks it nicely on the 23rd. |

If England leaves the European Union do we North Americans still get to chuck abuse and scorn just like usual? I do hope all of you don't start getting all huffy and stuff.... |

If you want true union you will have to start treating each other as equals! On a continent that prides itself on equality and justice it boggles the mind what you have done to Greece. You know all people are human not just Germans and Frenchmen, and Irish. If there is no place for Roma, and Turks, every one will find their own place very uncomfortable indeed. edit: Maybe the commies were right, maybe it is all about class warfare...... |

Is it true you don't have to vote in a referendum over there ? I can understand a general election not being compulsory but a referendum !!! |

Is it true you don't have to vote in a referendum over there ? I can understand a general election not being compulsory but a referendum !!! Well apparently logic and elections don't go hand-in-hand on so many levels :P No but what I wanted to say (and what I found astonishing) was that in the recent Dutch vote only something like 34% had to show up for the referendum to count... Don't quote me on the % but it was smthg ridiculously low :( |

If you have any literate friend, you might want to ask him or her to explain it all to you. You sound like you want to call me stupid but instead you're doing this weird passive-aggressive thing of calling me illiterate in a roundabout way. I can't help you with that. You sound like you believe everything coming out of Schoebbels mouth, akin to believing everything coming out of Trump's mouth and taking it seriously. I can't help you with that. You also sound like you come from a country that you think is entitled to feel superior over the people of other countries. I can't help you with that. And you always sound too lazy to actually form any sort of argument, which keeps giving me the impression you think you are a lot smarter than you actually are. And I most certainly can't help you with THAT. |

Alex when people start having a go at your spelling or grammer it shows there the small minded person . Lots of reason people may not have good spelling or grammer from English not a first language Dislexia and even bad eye sight or problems with typing don't worry about the grumpy old sod ! |
