‘Shattered’: Three dead, including teacher and student, in US school shooting.

A teenage girl has been revealed as the shooter in an attack at a US school shooting, which left a teacher and another teenage student dead.

Gun fire broke out just before 11am on Monday, US time, at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, over a week out from Christmas.

The private Christian school teaches children from kindergarten through to year 12.

The shooter, who is one of three dead in the incident, was a 17-year-old female student, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press.

Six others have been injured, with two in a critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Four others, including a teacher and three students, were taken to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Two of the survivors have since been released from the hospital, police said, without identifying the victims.

A group of Texas kids allegedly tried to rob a man at gunpoint at an apartment complex, only to be met with gunfire from the victim, leading to injuries and hospitalizations.

On Dec. 23 around midnight, authorities responded to a call about a shooting at a Houston apartment complex, Click 2 Houston reported.

When they arrived, deputies found three juveniles with gunshot wounds and a fourth uninjured child.

The target of the alleged robbery was allegedly approached by the group of children, who threatened him with what appeared to be firearms. The man, reportedly fearing for his life, pulled out his own weapon and began firing at them, as reported by KHOU.

As investigators pieced together the details, authorities believe that the children had planned to rob the man using weapons they initially presented as real. While authorities recovered several guns at the scene, it remains unclear whether the children's weapons were real firearms or BB guns.

Despite their ages, the children were allegedly part of a larger group attempting to carry out the robbery.

The adult involved, identified as the victim/shooter, stayed on the scene and fully cooperated with law enforcement.

Three of the children, aged 12 to 14, were shot and taken to the hospital with one in critical condition. The fourth child and the man involved were detained for questioning.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation, and charges against both the juveniles and the man involved are still under review.

What was supposed to be a gun sale between two people turned into a deadly shootout, Texas police told news outlets.

Selma Police said (deceased), a 20-year-old from San Antonio, was shot to death alongside two other injured people, around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 23, according to KTSA.

According to police, (deceased) traveled from San Antonio to Selma with a group to pick up a firearm KTSA reported. But instead of buying or trading for the gun, police say they attempted to steal it.

We've had laws against speech that incites discrimination, hatred, racism and violence for a very long time now like a lot of other sensible countries as we do not want to go down the "American Road". ;-)

As for the machete ban it had to happen as there has been far too many incidents involving gangs of youths wanting to fight each other in the middle of crowded shopping centres with such weapons of late.

If you want to live in the violent "Wild West" then Australia isn't to place you want to be, didn't our last elections here prove that?

Our previous government was obsessed with cracking down on foul-mouthed criticism of the government on social media, even critique of hundreds of nobodies which no one noticed. The penal code doesn't allow for that; freedom of speech applies. But a house search ordered by a public prosecutor, followed by a penal order (hundreds... up to a couple thousand euros) intimidates ordinary people. In keeping with Mao's axiom: 'Punish one; Educate a hundred'. Few affected people (not the brightest minds btw...) dared to risk the costs of a lawyer to defend against such intrusive prosecution practices on behalf of politicians.

A few prominent lawyers did; and discovered that mainly two Green ministers had engaged a cease-and-desist agency, had an automated search for undesirable opinions about them on social media. They personally signed hundreds of criminal complaints for defamation without ever noticing the perpetrators misdeeds. They forgot that MPs and ministers aren't majesties, above the judgment of the people.

Beginning of this year it got so worse that the American TV broadcast "60 minutes" aired an Interview with three German public prosecutors and judges where these people grinned about the staggering effect of house searches on ordinary nobodies who posted an unfair critique or an insult on social media.

One extreme example was a photo of the Interior Minister Faeser at a memorial event who holds a sign in front of her which reads "I remember". The perpetrator simply changed the text into "Ich hasse die Meinungsfreiheit!" (I hate freedom of speech) and posted it on social media. He was arrested for libel and sentenced to seven months prison... on probation. Source (just the photo... article in German only)

The current government appears to have put an end to this nonsense, which was a clear attack on freedom of speech by leftist and Green Ministers.

Court docs: Mother shot man trying to rape her 12-year-old daughter in Indy hotel

A mother shot a convicted child molester multiple times inside an Indianapolis hotel room after allegedly walking in on him attempting to rape her 12-year-old daughter.

(The child molester) of Indianapolis was critically injured in the shooting, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

(The child molester) is charged with attempted rape, a Level 1 felony; attempted child molestation, a Level 1 felony; unlawful possession of a firearm, a Level 4 felony; and confinement, a Level 5 felony.

Court records show (The child molester) was previously convicted of child molestation in 2016. He was sentenced to eight years in prison.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Despite initial confusion about his current whereabouts, authorities confirmed to FOX59/CBS4 that he is still hospitalized.
