Will any action be taken about the dangerous load and/or dangerous driving?...

I've seen where a scrap wagon was shedding its load in front of me. On that occasion the driver did stop, he knew about it, and had stopped a few times already on his journey, but he was under pressure to "just get there" and no time or ropes or tarp to secure all the flailing pieces thrashing in the wind...

No good answer to that one other than to keep a ridiculous distance clear and be ready on the phone if anyone did get hit or damaged...

Brain cells?... What's them? I was lucky on that occasion...

Stay safe folks!

And I thought the speeders were crazy here in the USA; but this one in the UK is a doozy!
Banned driver jailed for speeding at 130mph with boy, 7, in car during police chase

The man, age 26, was sentenced to 30 months behind bars after what the investigating officer called "one of the worst cases of driving I have seen in my 20 years of policing".

... He also admitted charges of failing to stop for police, disqualified driving, having no insurance and resisting arrest.

9-Year-Old Driver Slams Head on Into Semi After Swiping Keys to Parents' Car

Miraculously, no one was injured. For all their wild ideas, both girls had made sure to fasten their seatbelts — a fact that ensured their joy ride ended in expensive damages instead of costing them their lives.

Data from Pakistan Railways shows there were 757 train accidents between 2012 and 2017 - an average of about 125 incidents a year.
At any time.

You might want to avoid I-45 between Dallas & Houston in the near future ... Especially if you see lots of JB Hunt Semi Trucks...

Nearly another Darwin award

But if that's supposed to be CCTV, why is the camera so wobbly?

Apart from the poor video quality which is "endemic" with cheap CCTV some people do mount their cameras in a most jaunty manner so the slightest whiff of a breeze sets them rocking.
Pretty dumb place to park with plod so close behind, and no real attempt to take the bend.

And they nearly took some other poor sod(s) out with them.
How lucky was the person/were the people in that other car?

Another reason why you should not trust A.I. and/or computers to do the navigation:
