Cheers.

No. :-)
TMS has come up with 2 nicknames - Steven=Death, Marnus=Taxes.
It looks like we're going to be taxed to death. :-(
Aussies 55-2 at lunch.

Pretty good day, with some amazing catches. Eng are 313-8. Not too shabby but 4 wickets fell after tea. :-(
Get at least 20 runs before losing the last 2 wickets tomorrow, The Aussies will have to chase 400 in the last 2 days.

The gutter press strikes again. :-(

Stokes hits out at the Sun

Think the Sun should go the same way as the News of the World.

Well that's Sri Lanka women done and dusted (more like lambs to the slaughter, with new records set at personal and team levels), so who is going to stop our girls?

From Baroda to Brisbane, here's how the Australian women's cricket team set a new world record for consecutive ODI wins.

Cheers.

While taking time out from watching the WBBL our boys were quite destructive against Sri Lanka (well that T20 series was really just one way traffic).

Australia defeat Sri Lanka by 7 wickets in third T20.

Now back to the WBBL until the boys go up against Pakistan.

Cheers.

Well while the girls continue to entertain us with their WBBL series sadly the rain last night interrupted and then saved Pakistan from our boys.

Well the rain didn't intervene for the 2nd T20 against Pakistan (6-150) with our guys winning by 7 wickets while Steve Smith lead the way with 80* (51).

Cheers.

Well I guess if there was an award to hand out today it would've been the Blockers Award to Pakistan for scoring just 240 runs and being bowled out right at the end of the day's play (no wonder some get bored with test cricket).

Cheers.

What a difference a day makes with 60%+ more entertainment as the Aussies go to lunch at 0/100 from a slow 25 overs (much better watching 4 runs per than yesterday's 2.5 blocking effort) as Burns and Warner look like they mean business.

Cheers.

By stumps on day 2 the Aussies were 1/312 with just Burns falling for 97 runs.

Warner will resume tomorrow on 151 (after being out at 57 off a no ball and no balls were a problem has to be addressed, and umpires questioned) and Labuschagne on 55 with Smith yet to come.

Tomorrow will certainly be interesting.

Cheers.

Day 3 was Labuschagne's with 185 runs as the Aussies clocked up 580 runs setting Pakistan 340 to make us bat again.

At stump Pakistan were 3/64.

Cheers.

Well Pakistan went down by an innings and 5 runs.

1 more to go (2 tests is a very strange number to play) and then it's the Kiwis.

Cheers.

After losing Burns (4) cheaply and a 90min rain delay both Warner (166*) and Labuschagne (126*) absolutely tore the Pakistan bowling attack to pieces in the 73 overs of play on day 1 of the pink ball day/night test match.

The Aussies resume day 2 at 1/302.

Cheers.
