SETI@home: Notice from server SETI@home v7 needs 32.00MB more disk space. You currently have 0.00 MB available and it needs 32.00 MB. 8/10/2015 9:06:30 AM Why am I getting this? My settings indicate several GB of memory are available. |

SETI@home: Notice from server seems you hit the limit set in the seti preferences to leave x ammount of space free for other things If you that low on space i would suggest to get a bigger drive i think the stock settings is leave 50 gigs free or so can you tell us how big the drive is and how much is left? I came down with a bad case of i don't give a crap |

Well thanks to whoever noticed I was not getting work units and turned them back on. your problem is probably not solved unless you changed some settings and freed up some hdd space so my best guess is you be back soon I came down with a bad case of i don't give a crap |

I would doubt it was anything an individual did. More than likely whatever issue was preventing you from getting work cleared itself up. BTW - to all those helping, it can take several hours after they unhide their hosts to be able to actually see them. Further, seeing his host details likely would not have given you any clues to his local disk space issues. It would have been better to ask for his preference settings on disk space. |

According to your stats your system has more or less reached the maximum number of tasks allowed, that is 100 for the CPU and 100 for each of your two GPUs, you apparently have 293 tasks. A few things that may cause you not be getting the full quota: - Because you are at the limits of your cache settings, - You may be requesting tasks for your Nvidia GPU, but only VLARs are available. Other things that can kick in and give grief are anti-virus software, your settings for disk space are too tight, the data folder has become write protected...
