It is for my understanding that most homeless people in London comes from the EU countries Romania and Bulgary.
At very least here in Scandinavia it is so.

A lone assailant attacked with machetes and set fire to tents and caravans at a camp for EU migrants in Gothenburg last night. Now a man is hunted on suspicion of aggravated arson and aggravated assault.
