G'morning everyone.

Good going Mike and keep up the good work.

Brewing beer, using this method, a person can be producing a brew each week if you really get into Zapped. ;-)

I'm slowly getting my brewroom ready for spirit making this morning (about halfway there now) and then I'll spend most of the rest of the day in there though I will pop back in here during changeovers.

Beer O'clock therefore will be whenever I decide it will be (maybe early, or maybe late), but it will happen.

Cheers.

A brew a week, you'd never be able to drink it quick enough to run out. Oh what a dream... :) *raises glass* To the creation of spirits! Cheers :)

But you do have to build a stock up of aged beer first. ;-)

I myself use 38 dozen 750ml bottles to rotate with with my beer so what I'm drinking now was bottled almost 5 months ago (that age will increase more by summertime and my catch up is finished).

Cheers.

G'nite Zapped.

Well I'm just waiting on my stainless steel god to get up to temp so pretty soon I'll be getting very busy for an hour or so before my next short break.

Enjoy all.

Cheers.

Hello beer drinkers! Had a very annoying and expensive reminder that I'm in the dark ages technologically speaking - seriously eaten into my beer down time this evening :/

VERY IMPRESSIVE DEDICATED BREWERS I SEE!!! :)

edit: Oh... forgot to say cheers... CHEERS!! :)

G'day Annie, or should that be a very early morning or very late night?

I'm just finishing a quick 2 beer break before getting back into the brewroom for round 2.

Cheers.

Good to hear :) I suppose it's technically late night... even though it's early morning... can you call it early morning if you haven't been to bed yet?

Shuffling on... received good news today about my neighbour's missing dog... she was found miles away in the Rotherhithe tunnel (road tunnel running under the river Thames to a depth of around 20 metres or so) rated as the tenth most dangerous tunnel in Europe apparently. I can believe it... :/

Anyway... that is one fortunate dog! Really happy she was found and reunited with her owner, though won't bother doing a local search if she goes missing again... won't get THOSE hours of my life back again :)

That's good news Annie.

Anyhow I'm enjoying another beer while I'm having a half time break before round 3 now.

Cheers.

Just waiting for the final filtering to finish now before the judges make a decision on today's effort. ;-)

Now I'll just sit back comfortably and relax for a bit.

Cheer.

Cheers.

No problem at all Zappy.
I have three adult sons.
Would need 10 litres more a week to be honest.

Then it sounds like you need to use a 60L fermenter like I do (replace sons with friends).

I'll have to dust off 1 of my old 30L fermenters soon so I can rebuild my stock of ginger beer again.

Time for some dinner 1's stomach is saying.

Cheers.
