That handle looks too nice to have been used outside, and the teeth look like they need to grab into something, which I thought Byron was on the right track with, but I'm going out on a limb and say a printing press crank? The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Looking at the signs, it is electrically powered, it chops or grinds something, and it is intended for sale in Canada (and maybe the US as well). Food prep of some kind? |
