Parenthood should be banned, then we won't have kids, and we won't have family weddings. LOL. I went with my wife once to get a dress for a company Christmas party. We went to the mall and into one store where she saw a dress that she was interested in, Tried it on it fit good, And I liked it. BUT,for the next 4 hours we had to go to every single stinking store in the mall that had dresses. And Guess what? I know the guys can guess. We went back to the first stinking store and bought the dress. After that I refused to go clothes shopping with her. She did manage do find a willing girlfriend that would go with her though. When a guy buys a suite hes good to go for 10 years at the minimum. When I do have to put a monkey suite on, Nobody says, Hey didnt you wear that last year? Or the last 9 years? Or every time you had to wear it. Why cant women just get a dress that is ulitarian like a guys suite. And no I dont expect an answer:)
Old James |

Dare you not to say it .... Hi Chris :) I wish I could take you up on that... but have just discovered my sound card is not speaking to me. I don't recall upsetting it but I must have done. :/ Father of the Brides speech went on too long, the Best Man's wasn't amusing, elderly relative got tiddly on a glass of champagne and three sherries, two teenagers had a punch up in the car park. The view from 300feet was quite impressive at night though. I can imagine :) At least it was worth it for that! :) The last time I bought a suit was 1988. I do not need to wear them every day to the office, so it mostly hangs in the closet. Hi John, how are you? I think for many women who bought anything in 1988 - the shoulder pads needed a separate closet/wardrobe (see how international I'm becoming! :)) of their own! :) Still it does mean my daughter never felt tempted to raid mine. I raid hers now, though I tend to wear her dresses with trousers. :) |

I've never owned a suit in my life. Oh, hang on, I had a Safari Suit back in the early 70's, does that count? Cheers. |

Dare you not to say it .... Quite well. Back from my son's first camping trip with the Boy Scouts rather than the Cub Scouts. Now for some leadership training (for me - required). BOINC WIKI |

Never had an interview for which it was required? BOINC WIKI |

Never, but then again I was never interested in jobs that would have such a requirement. Cheers. |

Don't think it would matter how much leadership training I underwent... my children would just snort in vague amusement at it. :) Camping trip sounds fun though! |

On outings, I let the OTHER leaders correct my child (otherwise I would just get snorted at). BOINC WIKI |

Wiggo! Is you!!!!!!!!!!!! Excellent! Beer coming up! I now see why that "crazy girl" is nuts for you ;) she'd be crazy not to be! :) I have to sort out me - but when I get the pixel size right, the mb is too high - and when I get the mb right - I'm a dot - so have temporarily given up. :) |

I hope that it's me (looks in mirror), yep it is. *downs beer* As to the next, I certainly can't see why, I just think that she's crazy (and far to young). MB's are no good, ya need to be 4KB or less. :-) Cheers. |

We went back to the first stinking store and bought the dress. my wife has asked me If I want to go clothes shopping with her and her mother. They are from the same mold. They spend all day going from shop to shop and then go back to the first one. I cant tell you how many times Ive heard that story. upon her return. I just say no I will stay home and whack my thumb with a hammer knowing im missing out on all the fun:) Even my father inlaw stays home. Im thinking that maybe a few times a year the women can go out clothes shopping and us hubbys can have a beer drinking fest and get pie eyed wondering who will spend the most.
Old James |

My missus never liked going shopping with me as I would just go and get what I wanted, then leave. Even if she didn't have a cent she would spend hours at the shops. Cheers. |
