So it IS a trepanning tool that I originally said, that DOES cut discs out from a material, but the purpose is not to make a hole in something, but to produce what is cut out. Yes? OK. I still must be confused by what you meant by a trepanning tool. I was under the distinct impression that the point was the hole...
