Jump ship now or Sirius will call you nasty names, or worse, hit you over the knuckles with one of his conkers.....ouch!!!

No need. They're quite content to rap their own knuckles......

.......Time for the Lib-Dems to STFU

Special zips required for Lib-Dems

"Vince Cable should quit the coalition government after he "effectively compared his Conservative colleagues to Enoch Powell", a Tory MP has said."

How about quitting politics altogether?

Let him stay, he's doing good work in making sure there'll be no coalition
government after the next general election.

So no comment on your party's numbskulls then?

Hmmn, a "secret" Waily Fail reader, your boss, Cleggie won't like that!

Don't be so childish. At least I have the guts to say which party I support and the reasons why. It's quite notable to everyone that you haven't and won't. I think people will draw their own conclusions.

Wow, coming from a local Lib-Dem wannabe politician just shows that the Lib-Dems really do need to STFU, as nothing but drivel erupts from their lips. Thinking and knowing are two different things altogether. Quite notable you say, you been taking a poll then?

I could be rude and tell you to mind your own business, and what's it got to do with you, but I won't. I gave you an answer a long time ago, the fact that you chose not to like it is not my problem.

Same answer back at you with one difference. I still retain all your PM's and there is no answer given. However, I know for a fact that you know which party I support, so why all this phishing for info?

I am pretty sure that I've made a good guess, but that is all it is because you have never admitted it, privately or publicly. But that is your choice which you are entitled to.

I still retain all your PM's

Yes I know, you have threatened me with that before.

No need to guess as I'm certain I mentioned that I'll be voting UKIP in 2015.

Threatened? No, just stating a fact which I have stated previously that your public musings do not tally with your private views. It is that which made me wonder about your sudden political interest and in a party that offers the country nothing but amusing sound bites and turnabouts.

Another typical ex army type who can't hack it in civvy life.

RSPCA Bashing

more to the point, these so-called institutions are acting like "proper little hitlers".....

...."In another case, a judge criticised the society for spending £10,000 prosecuting an elderly woman with an unblemished record for being slow to take her cat to a vet."

Another point Taffy is that those "Army Types" are the men and women who kept you safe in your little bed at night.

It's just a shame that afterwards when they retire, they just can't just fade away gracefully.

Hmmn, wonder where that was mentioned before?

Probably by me, as it is a long held view of mine.

Nope......

Until then, be like old an old soldier, just fade away. At you're age you're too past your sell by date to make any changes to this country's political system.

I have no doubt that they did, and we are all obviously grateful. It's just a shame that afterwards when they retire, they just can't just fade away gracefully

Chris, would you like to tell the above to Paddy Ashdown.

Well General White-Spunner must have done something right as the US also awarded him the Legion of Merit. And like most service people probably had to retire from the Army at 55, promotion at that level is dead mans shoes and if there are no vacancies then it is retirement.

Do you expect people to stop working at 55?

And it is not the first criticism of the RSPCA, RSPCA warned on hunt prosecutions by charities watchdog

And I am not sure that the ban of fox hunting is the best course, unfortunately the vote is from the whole country and not just the rural community it affects most. The total rural population is only 10% of England, with another 10% on the fringes. So country practices are in effect ruled on by the 80% urban population who probably don't realise what vermin foxes are.

So we start the New Year with two less on the Friends list, fine by me, as I don't intend to be so condescending in 2014.

That would be most welcome. However, I've never known a leopard to change its spots.

As for ageism, looks like I'm in good company.....

Interesting that no reply received to that. Was that because it wasn't a report from the Waily Fail?

You're still not learning. Trolling? For one who attacks the poster rather than the post shows your mindset and as for friends, nepotism enters the frame.

There have been many posts of yours that welcomed an excellent reply yet you still spouted crap at the end of them destroying what would have given a sensible discussion. When the debate goes against you, you either attacked the poster or posted a reply totally irrelevant to the debate.

For one who has just publicly stated that they will join the Hunts saboteur just goes to show what our local and national political system thinks of the electorate.

That of course has nothing to do with it at all. You only have two comments when you cannot compete intellectually.Politics should not be about intellect but about running the country in an efficient manner as humanly possible

1. Just goes to show
2. That says it all

Nice company you keep, but is anyone really surprised.

With little to choose from regarding the three main parties, you'd much prefer I support the IRA? It would make more sense than the thieves currently employed within Westminster.

Those that hide from history are doomed to repeat it.

Secondly, this is the political forum and Sinn Fein are a recognised political party accepted by Westminster and the European Parliament, so what is the problem?

Message 1459286 - Posted: 31 Dec 2013, 21:19:22 UTC

Two lovely new year presents :)

Defamation Act 2013

Ah good, I can continue to call some useless MP's muppets without having to worry about a 2am knock on the door :)

UKIP up by 13,000

Yep, me included :)

One thing worries me though: -

1951 Conservative 2.9 million - Labour 876,000
1981 Conservative 1.2 million - Labour 277,000
2001 Conservative 311,000 - Labour 272,000 - Lib Dem 73,000
2012-13 Conservative 134,000 - Labour 187,000 - Lib Dems - 42,000

That's a 31,000 decrease

Have they snuck in the back door of the UKIP by any chance as we now have 32,500?

Looking on track to relegate them though :)

Gawd help us if they have as what a scary new year it will be!
