That is in August Vic.
Anyway, it seems to be a bit warmer here 70F/21C.
Get cold at night 40F/4.4C, better bring the rest of the plants in.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

I gave them all away a few years ago. The two outside are Rubber trees and no they didn't make it inside today.
I wash the leaves with some Water/Milk solution and just didn't have the time today.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Well Moe and Curly have lived in a pot for over 28yrs. Larry passed away a few years back. We now have a Larry II.
They never cracked a pot.
I am not in a hurry, because once they are inside, they will block my direct access to the back yard.
Once we get some rain, it will be a non issue.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Thanks, I didn't know that Vic. Larry II is actually an offspring from either Moe or Curly. My Grandmother had one, that lived in the same pot and spot for over 40 Yrs.
Now back on topic. I love October/November temps, not to warm and not to cold.
I don't have to run the Gas Fire Place daily, if I do only for about an hour in the early evening.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Weather guessers are talking about possible rain on Monday or Tuesday next week. For the rest of this week, highs in the low 70s, overnight lows in the low 40s - high 30s. Put the heater on last night, for the first time this season. Set for 65F, just to keep the late-night chill off.

They were more or less right about today's rain.

My thermostat has been set at about 62F since I switched it to heat last month. A blanket or two when I sleep and I'm fine.

62F ??? I'm not comfortable below 70F!

The minimum workplace temperature by law in the UK is 16C/61F. Do you work at home?

Nope, I just like it cool. I do most of my web surfing in the kitchen, though.

I start hurting at 72F...

When it gets that warm, or that cool?

Got the Rubber Trees washed and guess what. Larry has made a come back. The leaves are now nice and shiny again.
Should be done with winter proofing by tomorrow.

All that milking on the leaves, big job, don't think I'd have the patience for
doing all that.
