You should put some Voltaren gel on it. Don't know if they have that in the States though. Cheers

I'll call and see if they have it, I don't want to walk on it any more than I have too. my ankle is nasty looking. I do a dandy job of proof reading JULIE. At my age evrything takes longer to heal.

Arnica Gel is better Julie. None of the possible nasty side effects. Probably cheaper too.

Arnica is good too but Voltaren seems to help me a lot, it's not really that expensive and I haven't had any side effects from it yet.

It's in the middle of the New England Tablelands in northern New South Wales running around the village of Deepwater (about a 3min walk from my place with my fishing kit).

Well there is 1m sized Murray Cod, some Yellow Belly and a few Eel-tailed Catfish and some here do like to keep their beer cool in it (not me though as it's not cold enough to start with and the obvious reason). Under the railway bridge south east of the village is a very popular swimming hole (swimming not being the only activity there either).

Beer O'clock here in 3hrs on this fine Friday.

I was watching the news when the door bell rang.
Two young girls came upstairs saying trick or treat.
I liked it and gave them some sweets of course.
Never happened before in my area.
