I am running BOINC 6.10.58 on one Linux box. I get no graphic window with SETI@home 7.01 while I get one on Einstein@home. The "show graphics" button is not grayed. On the other Linux box I am running Lunatics Astropulse, of course not expecting any graphic windows.
