Yet another un-necessary device to trim the edges of pies. LOL!!!!!!!!!!! I do not know if that is the correct answer, but if that wonderful Mystery Kitchen Thread has taught me anything, it is that if I buy all of those devices, there will be no actual room in my kitchen for me to cook! |

Yet another un-necessary device to trim the edges of pies. oh tell me.. just the grain mill, meat grinder, and kitchen-aid have nearly taken over my kitchen. Yes the kitchen-aid is supposed to do all those things, but the grain part at least is not very well. Janice |

I always grind my coffee myself. Tastes much better... much agreed. And grinding my own meat makes it safe to cook up a medium rare burger.. with a lot of control on fat content. Janice |

Vic, did I misread, or did you say those trees you posted in the Mystery Landscape thread were NOT redwoods. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sequoiadendron_giganteum Yes.. Sequoia are the OTHER redwood, not california costal redwoods. Cedars can appear in similar sizes.. but in this case.. Janice |
