Ignore that warning, it's just that Microsoft doesn't know anything about Setiathome or Lunatics, Use the 64bit version as you have a 64bit OS, you did install the 64bit Boinc didn't you? The Einstein project WU's use SSE2 it doesn't necessarily mean that is what your pc can only do. The Lunatics apps do not affect Einstein work.
