I've been watching the X-Files and have wondered where this song came from as it wasn't on the soundtracks. Turns out it wasn't done by Mark Snow but added by Chris Carter without his knowledge to the episode closure where Agent Mulder finds the truth about what happened to his sister. Moby did it apparently. A lovely piece I must admit.
