Sorry to be obtuse, but exactly where on the web site can you set this preference? The SETI preferences for the graphics don't appear to affect the screen saver at all and I can't find anything like project preferences that allow control of the 'rock and roll' feature. Thanks > Go to the following links: Your Account View or edit SETI@home preferences Edit SETI@home preferences Enter the following choices: Graphic preferences: Custom Horizontal Oscillation Range: 0 Vertical Oscillation Range: 0 Then select Update Preferences. Tried settings and they did work, but this AM the graphics reverted to the old "rock and roll" style. Have checked preferences, which are ok, forced updates (and have had several upload/download cycles since) and shut down the BOINC and SETI programs and restarted.
