No schedulers responded although the technical status says they are all running.

So either the status page is right and there is a bug somewhere else or the status page lies and the schedulers sre down or being replaced.

But the purpose of the status page is TO BE a STATUS page, so it should be always correct!

I admire and appreciate the work done by the guys in Berkeley, on the other hand I feel getting gather tired from this project. The original S@h was somehow much better handled although the level of complexity was lower...

You do realize that they are all volunteers right?! Meaning that they are all probably working on the change-over and not the status page. If they had someone willing to move to Berkeley and do the status page for free, it might get done more often, but so far......

Sorry, I would expect a status page is a sort of engine being able to say automatically, whether a server is on or off.

I have been volunteering with my computers since 1999 and I volunteer on various projects myself.

Among the main and most demanding I can mention three children... :-)

I just got through a few minutes ago after many unsuccessful attempts... I think the servers got overloaded after being off line for a couple hours.
