A specific site for seti@home images is a good idea. I could do this thru my home page site (http://www.noblemd.info) or I have a couple more free hosting credits available (hosting company ads appear at the top) and could register a domain name so the site could have its own address (suggestions for as domain name, please). Another possibilty would be an "at cost - pay for" site (no ads) that would only be about a $100 (US) per year and could be supported by donations (hopefully). With either of these choices the site could be set up to accept user registrations and allow only registed users (checked to see if they are a seti@home participant) to post pictures. This would help prevent trash from being posted. I would donate my time to design, maintain and web hosting at cost ("pay for" site). Michael Noble mnoble1@cfl.rr.com ID: 930187 · |

I have a rather large server, more than capable of hosting gallery software - I have "Gallery" as an easy script which I could install for you if you want to utilise something like that for SETI purposes? sorry That's a great pic Sir Ulli. On My Site HERE I have the NASA Picture of the day plug in and some great pictures come up on there from time to time. Scroll down the site, right hand column to find it. It would be nice to have a collection of some of the better pics. What do others think?
