I've tried to use new CUDA app but it dont't work. I have amd athlon x2 4200+ CPU and 256Mb 8600GT GPU.
Now i'm running BOINC 6.5.0 (tried with 6.4.5 too, after that totally new installation) and latest CUDA drivers (180.60). I have message

19.12.2008 13:26:16||CUDA device: GeForce 8600 GT

But BOINC still is running 6.03 application.
I connected to S@H Beta but it downloads and runs 6.03 too.
I've tried to create cc_config.xml but it only runs 3rd 6.03 application.

What can I do to run 6.05_cuda app?

You are not the only one with this problem. I have the same problem with a 8800gts. It would be good to know whether every GPU with CUDA capability can run the application or only those that support the newer CUDA build.

Have you tried detaching from SETI@Home project and attaching again using BOINC (needs your email adress and password)? Detach will delete all your WUs and programs, too, and attaching again will get new programs.

Yes, i've tried.
I also tried to create app_info.xml with link on *__cuda.exe and 2 dlls, but when i started boinc all tasks wrote "computation error"
