why dose boinc not ask for work when i can do two wu's and i have only 1 wu running because there only one left in my q

Using the new CUDA app?

Are they running on High priority?


Mine are, and it seems with any WU's in your que that are on high priority your boinc will not ask for more work

It sucks. but hopefully some fine tuning will happen.. Other words im running on about an Hour of work.. once its done, then it grabs 20 more units heh.

On one of my computers, i have the same prob. And on this machine, i am not using CUDA.

On all projects, i got the same message.

This is a complete guess, but there are settings that tell BOINC how much disk space has to be left for other purposes, and how much RAM to reserve as well.

If there isn't enough free disk space, BOINC will not get work. It is supposed to play nice since the vast majority of machines are not dedicated crunchers.
