If you had looked at his screenshot, they are mostly all Beta tasks. It would still be better to post at Beta. Since he hasn't got the 'Volunteer tester' tag, he probably registered with a different email address, so the two accounts didn't link up properly: SETI Beta isn't listed in the 'Projects ... participating' list on his account either. Without that linkage, it's going to be like looking for a needle in a haystack to find his computer: and without finding his computer, nobody is going to be able to see the error numbers and std_err text which he didn't post, but which might have explained the crashes. Take it to Beta, where it belongs. ID: 839646 ·
