My first car was a '67 Olds F85.... The predecessor to the 442s...... It was a glorified Cutlass with bucket seats and a floor shift and tach. Rolled it a month after I got it.......took the roof right down to the fenderline..... Kathy Matthea.......455 Rocket.... "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

My first car was a '67 Olds F85.... I am not really an Olds guy.....after I wrecked the F85, I switched to Buick Skylarks......GS400, GS455, GS455 Stage 1..... I did find one reference stating the the W30 option code referred to an outside air induction system added to the 442 package. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

SSSSSSSSSSSSSS....$#^%%$#%@%$*....just ordered some new keyboards from PCkeyboards/unicomp/lexamrk/IBM.......WHATEVER.... [I start cite]Why bother? The big deal about these old keyboards is their lovely, positive key-click. When you use a keyboard that doesn't have a good positive click, it's hard to tell when you've depressed a key properly. You have to watch the screen to make sure you don't leave letters out, or you have to really hammer the keyboard, which is not good for your hands.[I finish cite] Try mine: a Microsoft Wireless Natural Multimedia Keyboard...it solves this problem. Cheers! |
