> http://predictor.scripps.edu/ I had no idea any non-Berkeley projects were on the BOINC platform already. If this project is going to catch on, the BOINC main page should have a directory of all BOINC projects with URL's and descriptions of what they do, so that interested contributors can choose which projects to donate computing resources to, and more importantly, so that we don't get frustrated and uninstall BOINC because there is nothing for it to do on SAH right now. What's the point of having BOINC as a universal client for all projects if no one knows where they are? Currently happily filling up my hard disk with Predictor@Home WU's... |

Work has begun again on AstroPulse (AP). There is a rumor about Folding@Home coming over eventually. I believe that the BOINC main page is supposed to eventually have a list of the released BOINC projects. |

> JM7.....how do I attach to Astropulse? > AstroPulse is not playing at the moment. I expect to you see it on the BOINC Beta site first http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/ap/ (currently down for maintenance, has been for a week). Sorry, I should have indicated better that it was development work so far. I believe that some of the Unix folks in Alpha got to play with it for a bit, but I am not certain. |
