Woman, 97, says cat's yowling saved her from fire
INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - A 97-year-old woman says her cat's early morning yowling saved her from a house fire. Grace George, of Independence, said her cat Boo Boo's yowling from an open bedroom window early Wednesday woke her up from a sound sleep.

If only kitties were forever and WE were the ones that would come and go......hmmmm.
God sent them here to teach us some lessons, that we may be better prepared for what is to come.
Learn the kitties' lessons well.........
Unconditional love is the most important one......do not squander it on those who do not appreciate it....

My Squirrel kitty is just the most clingy thing.......
She is almost 14 years old, and I cannot imagine life without her swarming about my feet.....she just lives for my touch....which I give liberally.
Every waking moment she is there.....asking for my attention, which I shower her with....
She is the one in my Frozen Penny upgrade thread in NC, approving the new mobo.

Bluey's doing well thanks, he's walking around the house and eating again, plus he's keeping the wound clean.
So hopefully he's on his way to a full recovery.
I'm waiting for the full report on the mass they took out of him.
I will certainly be giving my animals a more careful checkup at home from now on, carefully looking for lumps.

If you saw the pics in my NC thread, that was Squirrel kitty inspecting the motherboard before the installation...

The kitties have gone and left me here to wonder......

So I had to get up and sluff off my dear slumber.

Where have they gone, I sat up and wondered......
The kitties have left me alone sawing lumber...

My question was answered quite so soon and sincere,
the kitties are, were, and alway were there.

Just my sleepy kitty eyes could not quite comprehend
that the kitties shall always be there 'till the end.

So no matter my hijinks sometimes on the boards.......
You know that the kitties shall be most forwards.

And kiss you on the forehead, as always they do,
for the kitties love you all 'most as much as me too.
