Gaurav Khanna has build a Astropulse application for the Playstation 3 (PS3) which uses the SPEs and crunches two WUs in parallel. The performance is good. About 70 hours / Astropulse WU.
The PS3 binaries are available on my homepage.
Gaurav, thank you very much for your great work !

I have made a mistake by the package bundeling of the PS3 application. The filename of the PS3 SPE appplication is astropulse-4.35_10.powerpc64-ps3-linux.tar.gz and not astropulse-4.35_10.powerpc-unknown-linux.tar.gz.
I am very sorry !
Please download the and install the PS3 SPE binary binary.
