How do we express new ideas for forum moderation?

That is a recurring theme. Also recurring is the theme of "let the past stay in the past". Far better is to work towards a positive FUTURE. ... Also, ... Is it possible when someone is banned to prevent them from posting while at the same time leaving their name visible? I sometimes find that this distracts one when looking for a specific thread/topic. Hence my comment about the black cat from The Matrix... There's now a few holes throughout a few threads, not just this one...
