Pediatric speech pathologist - 19 years of it and counting! They pay me to sit on the floor and play with children. It is not a bad gig!

No problem Henri. Study hard. Be persistant. Let nothing stand in the way of your dreams and goals. If you do these things, someday you will be a leader in your field of choice.

I wish! :D

Sorry Beets, didn't mean to offend. I'm sure there is a big difference between Canada and the USA. Many atty's here do not have a good reputation. ( or should I say barrister or solicitor?)

Hey guys, what's with beating yourselves up? You obviously have sharp minds because you are here, amongst the more open minded in our world.

Nah. Throw that kind of thinking away from you...far away from you!

I'm older than you guys and let me share something with you. I'm a member of the yacht club in town and also the oldest gentlemen's club in the country. Lots of successful people. One thing in common between them, that I noticed, is that to a man, they are all confident. What do I mean by that? Well, their attitude about things is: 1.) "If others can do it, I can do it too", they don't reach for the top right from the start, it's just "If others can do it, I can do it too"...and 2.) they don't worry themselves out of things, their attitude is "Things will work out okay".

You see: by aiming too high too fast, by 'feeling small', you hold yourself back from finding out what you're really capable of. Why hold yourself back from things you want?

Not trying to lecture anybody, I'm just sharing what I've seen and learned from others. :]]
